It’s interesting how two presidents who didn’t look so good when in office are now seen as really good guys–Carter and Ford. Looking back, I can understand how their virtues escaped greater recognition while in office. I’m so glad you brought the Ford story onto your blog–it’s endearing and refreshingly human.
